Reflection: January as a Trial Month!


January is coming to an end. So this is the best month for us to REFLECT everything we had done. A month is too early for a reflection, but surely a month can really give a significant change to another upcoming 11 months.



What we should reflect?

All of us has goals this 2020. So this is the best time for us to see all the habits that we've done this January can really bring us to our goal?

Do we have a healthy lifestyle? Do we eat healthy this month? Do we exercise regularly? How about our mental health? Do we calm this month or we just stress? If we stress, what is the cause?

How about financial? Do we spend a lot? Or we managed to have a significant saving this month?

This is the best time for us to really look back on what we have achieved? What we gain? What are the bad habits that need for improvement?

Tonight, or maybe tomorrow the last day of January, let us take out a piece of paper and list down the SWOT analysis of January. Our strength, weaknesses, the opportunity to enhance and the threat (bad habits) that need to overcome. If we really do this, we can manage to have a really great month ahead.

Need to do the analysis first then make a change!

Hope we can learn something beneficial this January and let us strive to become better this February!
